What we need change as a mind set of employee experience?

I am surprised how many people show support to the toxic behavior and unsustainable demand from the “big man” . I am trying to inclusive, empathetic, sensible person people as I mature, break down my assumption and biased design by institutions and culture I grow up.

I am trying to these things . I don’t discriminate on race,gender, ethic background. ( I am trying to not judge people their political views, instead I am trying to facilitate discursive platform to reflect and learn from one and other, make changes to nurture planet, nature future generations) I stand up discrimination and any form hate crimes…. Work my ass off to have gender equal partnership.

One thing makes me anger, I have hard to overcome, the moment I witness and observe when people see super rich, privilege, person as a prophets.( Are you blind to manipulation, brainwashing illusion & signals showing by media outlets. Not everything white and blacks ( this is another social norms, I felt trap 🪤 white and black shouldn’t indicate positive and negative personality attributes) richness and success has more parameters than money. I am not hating blaming wealthy people for all my and words problems.

We don’t need self claimed and promoted visionaries, represent well-being of 0.01% of population and future Mars citizens. We need visionary communities not a person. We need norm creative innovation, We need participatory actions, design, innovation initiatives…. We need work for social, economical and ecological sustainability….

Universal rights and accessibility to core people and communal needs

Balance of critical and skepticism with hope.
