Check everyone how they are ? Even we tend to believe people life can intervened/complex, and co-design activities and participatory design actives would be sensitive, depending on topic it can be trigger memories and experiences.
Inject excitement and bring energy into space ( If you are not feeling postpone it for further if you cant bring energy you can’t expect it from others )
Be the tech support practice talking slowly and clearly and support everyone with others: Ideally have 3 person facilitator, note taker, supporter ( tech + emotional )
Provide content and timeline to not panic particpants ( Provide trailers if possible )
Help people to have interaction with different form communication ch ( language barriers, different abled challenges)
